Clear Liquids That Are Allowed

Breakfast:

  • 1 cup of juice (apple or white grape. You may have 2 cups of Gatorade if you do not like juice)
  • 1/2 cup gelatin or Italian Ice (not diet)
  • 1 cup water

Snack:

  • 1 cup of juice (apple or white grape. You may have 2 cups of Gatorade if you do not like juice)
  • 1 cup water

Lunch:

  • 1 cup of Ginger ale, Sprite, 7-up, or Mountain Dew (not diet)
  • 1/2 cup gelatin or Italian Ice (not sugar free)
  • 1cup Broth , Bouillon, or unsweet tea

Snack:

  • 1 popsicle (not sugar-free)
  • 1 cup water (You can drink water or unsweet tea during the day. You want to stay hydrated!)

Dinner:

  • 1 cup of Ginger ale, Sprite, 7-up, or Mountain Dew (not diet)
  • 1/2 cup gelatin or Italian Ice (not sugar free)
  • 1cup Broth , Bouillon, or unsweet tea

Snack:
